Email and phone confirmation, ratings and account history support better decisions.
01Every deal starts with trust.
Privacy, reputation and reporting tools are part of the platform's foundation.
Our commitment
SellersFindMe is designed to keep email addresses and phone numbers out of public listings. Messages and offers should remain inside the account, creating a useful history for buyers, suppliers and moderation.
Do not publish phone numbers, addresses, documents or financial data.
02Suspicious behavior can be reviewed and lead to account restrictions.
03Choose public, well-lit, busy and monitored locations.
04Check the product and identity. Be wary of pressure and advance deposits.
05We collect necessary data and prepare access controls and auditing.
06Protection you can understand.
These seals identify safeguards available in the product. They do not claim an external ISO, PCI, SOC or independent-audit certification.
If something feels wrong, stop.
Do not continue a suspicious or uncomfortable negotiation. Never send verification codes, passwords or documents. Preserve messages and report the interaction. Contact local authorities in an immediate-risk situation.
A protection model built for real transactions
SellersFindMe is preparing a buyer-protection process for eligible transactions completed through the platform. Until integrated payments and formal claims are launched, this is a roadmap—not insurance, a warranty or a refund promise.
Planned eligibility
- Payment and agreement completed inside SellersFindMe through an approved payment provider.
- Item does not arrive, arrives damaged or is materially different from the agreed description.
- Issue is reported within the displayed deadline, with messages, photos, receipt and tracking preserved.
Not covered
- Cash, bank transfer or payment arranged outside the platform.
- In-person transactions, prohibited goods, misuse, fraud or ratings manipulation.
- Claims without evidence, or damaged/disputed items discarded before review.
Protection rules, limits, countries and deadlines will be published before activation. Local consumer rights remain unaffected.
The essential marketplace rules
These principles will form the basis of the SellersFindMe Terms of Service and must receive legal review before public launch.
Use a truthful account
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and act only for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
Describe and supply responsibly
Only offer items you own or are authorized to sell. Disclose defects, availability, safety restrictions and the exact condition.
Keep the marketplace honest
No fraud, illegal or prohibited items, harassment, privacy violations, scraping, hacking, spam or manipulation of reviews.
Understand each party’s role
The purchase agreement is between buyer and seller. SellersFindMe connects the parties and may moderate, restrict or suspend abusive accounts.
Respect content and privacy
Only upload photos and text you may lawfully use. Do not publish another person’s confidential data.
Preserve records and cooperate
Keep messages, receipts and shipping evidence, respond to reviews and comply with lawful requests and applicable consumer law.
Protection roadmap
Before public launch, we will connect secure authentication, real verification, anti-fraud controls, moderation, user blocking, audit trails and support.
